The Shops at Wisconsin Place Sells for $113.25M

TIAA-CREF is the new owner of the commercial component of the Wisconsin Place development, Citybiz Real Estate reports.
The retail component of the award-winning, commercial and residential Wisconsin Place development has been sold to TIAA-CREF for $113.25 million, Citybiz Real Estate reported.
TIAA-CREF also owns the Mazza Gallerie, in Washington, DC, across Western Avenue from Wisconsin Place.
